This document explains how the Syncro Driver app collects, uses, and protects your data. By using the app you agree to the following.

Data we collect

• Location (GPS): collected only while you use the app and are "online", to match you with nearby orders and estimate arrival times. Collection stops when the app is closed or you go offline. We do not collect location in the background.
• Name & phone number: to create your account, sign in, and run deliveries.
• Device identifier: to bind one driver account to one phone (security / abuse prevention).
• Delivery-proof photos: when taken to confirm an order was delivered.

How we use it

• To operate the delivery service: receive orders, navigate to the restaurant then the customer, and confirm delivery.
• We do not sell your data and never use it for advertising.

Sharing

The minimum data needed is shared with the restaurant/platform solely to fulfil the delivery. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

Security & retention

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS). We retain data for as long as needed to run the service and as required by law.

Account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data from inside the app (Profile → Privacy & data → Request account deletion). Processed within 30 days; some records may be retained as required by law.

Children

The app is for adult drivers (18+) and is not directed to children.
